The Perseids!

Tonight was one of the nights when I go outside and stare at the sky in the hope that I will see a few trails of light go across the sky! Its a bit more impressive than that though. I have been a bit busy tonight and decided to pop out for only 20 minutes (I also have bad look with meteor showers). Tonight, however, in the 20 minutes I was out there I definitely saw 4 and I saw another 4 that I wasn't entirely convinced about. I am sure about the ones I saw as they originated in Cassiopeia which is where they should have been coming from (or so). It was rather cool. I love watching "shooting stars". For more take a look at [Sky and Telescope]. Oh and if you haven't seen any yet well have a look out on tomorrow, there should be more than usual around still (the peak was tonight)
