Firstly the gas... well the Tadpoles of IC 410, well gas and dust taken from [APOD]:
Secondly...the supernova remnant Simeis 147. This is where the blast comes into it... cause that star would have gone bang with a nice big blast wave going out in all directions (again taken from [APOD]):
