NASA's twin Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatories mission, known as STEREO, successfully launched Wednesday at 8:52 p.m. EDT from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla. This is rather good news for the research group I am a member of since the group designed and built some of the Heliospheric Imager instruments. See [http://stereo.gsfc.nasa.gov/new.shtml] for more.
