Honours for the injured

I was looking at the BBC sport website earlier whilst reading an article about the New Years honour list and I came across this page.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_union/international/3355993.stm

Now I love the diagram, between the whole England team it seems as if there is not one part of the body left! Luckily England have a very strong team and even if we do not have 15 of our best players we still have a very good team out on the pitch.

It has been a good year for English rugby, at last we won the world cup, lets hope next year continues from where the rugby team left off and not the cricket team.

New Street Can't Cope

New Street is to close its doors!

Now this is shocking, Birmingham has yet again been done over by lack of investment from our London only government. If it is not in London then it is not worth investment. How about building a new tunnel to cope with the increased traffic or is Birmingham just not worth it. New Street could do with it. You have to remember that New Street Station is the most complicated train junction in the UK - lack of investment is not an option, unless you want everyone to be complaining about Network Rail and the crap late trains.

Don Kings views on the FA Cup

Now this is quite funny! Don King's views on the FA Cup.

I think we should leave the FA Cup the FA Cup and leave this silly American out of it. He is obviously having a joke but we should still be cautious that Football is not taken over by money, like most American sports are.

As for his comment about team names:

"And as for your teams, you need cool tough animal names: the Manchester Cats, the Sheffield Dogs, Fulham Bears! Sunderland - give me Wonderland brother."

Well Manchester United are the Red Devils, Aston Villa are the Villains for example I don't think we need the unimaginative animal names.

At the least it is quite humorous.

Another day, another exam

Today I had yet another general physics exam, it seemed to go well, even though they had not got a working clock - fun when you haven't got a watch on you. I think I have done better than the measly 29% I got in the last one but am far from confident.

Apart from that I have had a good day, working hard and chatting is always fun.

Grand National Day

Well I didn't watch the race but all I know is that one of my housemates will be back in Liverpool enjoying the Grand National night out! :-)

I noticed on the BBC website the last line of their article reads: "Eleven of the 39 starters finished with all of the fallers returning safely to the stables." - good to hear :-)

The Inaugural Bahrain Grand Prix

Bahrain GP

Well what a venue, absolutely stunning, looks like F1 might have a great future in Bahrain. It was also good to see F1 in a "middle-eastern" country. It was a little strange though seeing the sandy background, but it was good to see that. The track looks like it will see many fantastic overtaking maneuvers in the future, in fact some great ones were seen today.

For more information on this wonderful track see: http://www.bahraingp.com.bh

Button

And guess what Jenson Button got on the podium again!! Only problem those damn Ferraris one again! Give them time and I think BAR and Williams will catch up, well you can only hope so. However I find myself less and less interested in who is going to win, that can be quite inevitable and who is going to win the championship seems inevitable but the lower battles are so intense and some of the overtaking that has been taking place quite stunning.

For more information on the race and the rest of the results see: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/3598455.stm

I also saw this picture on the BBC website:

Lets just say I hope that bloke is holding on well, luckily he didn't lose his grasp otherwise someone might have been driving with an extra person on their lap!

A strange day for football!

Well there goes my prediction of who will win the champions league - I thought Arsenal were a dead certainty, guess not! Yet again Arsenal just did not turn up to the game, this time not the whole game just the second half. In all fairness Chelsea played but the Arsenal that we all no just was not their. I just hope that they bounce back from this as I couldn't deal with Chelsea winning the league (see: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/champions_league/3593083.stm)

Bridge Goal

courtesy BBC website

Not only did Arsenal lose but so did Real Madrid! Shocking yet again the always underrated Monaco pulled off a stunning result to propel themselves into a semi final with Chelsea. Well bye bye to the big to two teams! At least Arsenal don't have one of there own players to blame for scoring the decisive goal - Real do! On-loan Real striker Fernando Morientes scored for Monanco - good on the bloke, maybe he will be called back in to the Real team now! (see: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/champions_league/3593167.stm)

Morientes goal

On the point of shocking sport, my girlfriend sent me this quite odd article about John Hopoate, a rugby league player who has been convicted of sticking his finger up the bums of other players in a recent match! See: http://www.sportal.com.au/league.asp?i=news&id=9703 for the disturbing article - lets just say that didn't happen in any rugby union I used to play - must be a league thing :-)

More shocks in the champions league

Ok I am glad I didn't put any more on football this week! With Milan being crushed 4-0 by Deportivo that now makes three what I would have called certainties losing results! I am sure if anyone did have money on all 3 occurring then they would have ended up with a swift penny or two.

For the match report see: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/champions_league/3609737.stm

Lara is the king of cricket again!

Ok I have been telling everyone throughout the test series I could see it happening - Brian Lara was going to make a huge score - guess what he did the new world record of 400 not out. Brilliant. I even told my dad last night as he approached 300 he was gonna break the world record. Great, I remember when he got 501 for Warwickshire the world record in a non international match. He has to be on of the greatest batsmen of all time. Now he has the first 400 in test match history.

Lara 400

This now means that England can not complete the white wash of the West Indies but well at least it means an Aussie is no longer the highest scorer in the world ;-)

Funny Grolsch Advert

If you haven't seen the new alien abduction advert by Grolsch then you are missing out on a treat - it is quite funny.

They have even setup a site in which you can view an abduction or even be abducted http://www.myalienabduction.co.uk - it has a webcam and is quite funny.

And the Grolsch home page even has gone all alien is quite funny.

A good race!

Hopefully this will not be the last San Marino grand prix as it is one of my favourite courses. There is always some action and I would say this years id have its moments. It was good to see for once Michael Schumacher at times having some competition and not just any competition of Brit Jenson Button. I made a joke with my housemates that he should have "The Hardest Button to Button" by the Whitestripes on whist we drives around - well it would make a good background for ITV's coverage when they do fancy clips at the least.

Button in lead!

A boss performance

Me and Katherine today sat down and watched the Liverpool game at home on pay per view for £8 today not bad especially due to the cracking result. We were well pleased especially since it means that we will finish above the Villa.

A busy day in football

South Africa get the World Cup. Arsenal go a whole season undefeated, wow!

The first one, South Africa hosting the World Cup in 2010 in great however I would rather it had gone to Tunisia, might have been more of a chance for me to go along. I do think Tunisia / Libya just bid was unfairly disqualified, with FIFA not allowing a joint bid when the last World Cup was a joint offering between South Korea and Japan, argh!

See: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/africa/3716521.stm

As for Arsenal, I am not happy about this but congratulations to a formidable showing this last season - just wait till next year though we will be after you (we being Liverpool). The reason this is so significant is that they are the first team to do this since Preston achieved the feat in 1888/89.

Football again and what a race

Now this is great, I am escaping revision and doing something useful - exercise and having a lot of fun. Again we had a good game, I scored a few goals and still am too afraid of injuring myself or someone else by slide tackling! It will come with time.

As for sport goes today has been a great day, I watch an absolutely fantastic Formula One race, at times some good cricket and then had a kick about. I have to say the F1 today was the best I have seen in a long time, action packed from the start and some fantastic driving between Trulli and Button. All with out Michael Schumacher - I have to say without the Ferrari miles ahead it makes it much more enjoyable.

Trulli the winner

I have to say one of the most stunning moments of the race was when Sato zipped past Schumacher at the start pushing him out of the racing line - something you don't see to often, absolutely brilliant.

Bye Bye Gerard, thanks!

What a manager, what a fan - shame the last season was not good enough for the board.

I have been thinking for a while now though that his days as a Liverpool manager were over but as recent displays have shown he has still got it in him. It is a shame that the team could not deliver this year, maybe it is a good time for change. He brought us trophy's but not the league - that is not a problem for me as I thinking winning a cup is sometimes more challenging and some of the displays he has gotten out of the team have been wonderful. I do feel though he has spent unwisely of late but all the players have shown potential but just not delivered. All I can say all the best to him in the future.

"Walk on Gerard"

As for replacements goes, I don't want Alan Curbishley or Rafael Benitez - I want Kenny Dalglish back - now there is a legend. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/l/liverpool/3736375.stm)

France 2-1 England

I couldn't believe that France beat us but it wasn't unexpected in my opinion. I was more gutted though by the reaction of some England fans in centenary square who got violent, what is the point? We lost - it is only a game! No need to get violent especially against your fellow fans and there is no need to destroy your own city. Again it is 1% of people causing the problems for the rest of the population - idiots. One of my friends reckons it is alcohol to blame. I am sure it doesn't help but I think these people would react like this no matter what, I wish they would grow up and learn respect for other people and their surroundings.

For more about the match see: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/euro_2004/3787491.stm

Why damage your own city?

It seems the worst trouble across the country occurred in Birmingham, I just can't believe how little some people respect their surroundings. All I can say is at least the fans in Portugal behaved themselves. I bet the police have stopped all the idiots going and now we have to deal with them, good - at least we will not get kicked out for our stupid 'fans' behavior.

See: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/3802125.stm - the reaction was not limited to Birmingham and http://www.bbc.co.uk/birmingham/sport/2004/06/england_game_13_june.shtml for the reaction in Birmingham.

Gutting

Its that time again, England lose and go out. This however was not just a case of getting knocked out. It was a case of being completely screwed over by appallingly bad referring and again poor Sol Campbell's (as my mate said Shaft) winning goal was disallowed. The question is why?! I can not understand why it was disallowed - makes no sense.

All I have now is a bitter feeling and yet another reason to hate Manchester United - Ronaldo - bloody smug idiot. The Portuguese are cheats, they dive all the time and get away with it - I can not believe it. I hope they do not win - some one like Greece or the Czech should now win - teams who deserve it because they play football and do not cheat.

Rugby, the curse

Last night I was convinced by Steve to go and play rugby - something I haven't done in a long time. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed myself, well up till the point that I pulled my hamstring. Since we were only playing touch rugby my usual charge and hit the deck tactic does not work, it is more a question of speed. SInce it is about speed when I got the ball in a very attacking position instead of charging through I tried to increase the pace, I managed to do it but at the same time by over extending my hamstring, ouch! I scored, I was happy - then in agony - bye bye rest of game. It was lots of fun - even just watching was.

Liverpool kick Celtic's Ass goodbye!

5-1 now that's what I like to hear. I think that can be considered a little bit of a pay back for losing to them a few years ago in the UEFA Cup. Djibril Cisse looks like he might be as good as he is supposed to be - he scored twice.

Liverpool Win 2-0, no Owen though

Liverpool may have won their first leg champions league qualifier today but I fear that it might be goodbye to Michael Owen. He looked at moment quite upset whilst sat on the bench, could this be his final goodbye? I hope not. He has always been one of my favourite players at Anfield. Lets hope he stays.

Benitez announces Owen for Real

All I can say is - Benitez if you wanted him to stay I bet he would have. You didn't want him to stay and now after you have got rid of Murphy and Owen it is a sad day for Liverpool. Two of our best players have gone and what do you have to show for it? Not much. And talk of Wright-Phillips for £10m - that's lunacy. I didn't want Benitez to manage Liverpool from day 1, I could see this sort of thing happening. Well I will give him a chance but at the moment he has gotten rid of two of our most talent players.

As for Owen, fair play. I don't blame him. He needs to go where he is wanted and deserves the chance to move on, I wish he would stay though. He is still our best player - someone who can always step up to the occasion. Thank you Michael for some wonderful performances and trophies we have won because of your goals.

Well I hope Cisse and Baros can work together, gosh I hope they can.

Tennis again

Today I went to play Tennis again. Even though it was wetter this week than last week the court seemed to have more grip. Today me and Tom were joined by Alex and Katherine. It was a good game, I got some well needed exercise - so did they. It was lots of fun - we didn't play seriously but that was the most fun part of it. We are gonna play again next week. Good - more exercise!

Champions League Fun!!

You may or may not know, if you have ever looked at my site before you probably do know, that I am a strong Liverpool FC fan. Last week I couldn't believe the way we played against Arsenal - showed true character. Tonight on the other hand looked liked it was going to be back to the old days of no fight - especially when we seemed to give up after going a goal down - thus meaning we needed 3. Then came half time. I don't know what Benitez said to them but it worked. On came Pongolle and with it came some fight. He scored within 2 minutes of being on the pitch. During the whole second half we seemed to have more fight. We lost our way a little. On came Mellor - goal 2-1. Now then we have a chance and like a perfect script up stepped Steve Gerrard from a Mellor lay off - bang, GOAL! 3 - 1. Liverpool are through and have some fight at long last. Flares, football and first degree burns

Here is the scene - AC Milan vs Inter, a big derby match. It is also the Quarter-Finals of the Champions League and AC are 2-0 up after the first match. They both share a ground - so both are at home. AC took the lead so where 3-0 up then in the second half a goal was disallowed. I think it should have been given but heck I am not a ref. It was then the catalyst to a war zone. The Inter fans started throwing stuff at Dida, the AC Milan goalkeeper, who stood tall. It was only bottles at first. Then came a flare (anyone seen at an English game with one of these is normal banned for life from the ground!) which luckily didn't hit anyone. Then another came and another. I don't think Dida had quite noticed this and then bang on hit him on the shoulder which was lucky as he was just turning around. This resulted in first degree burns to his shoulder.

Dida hit

The flares keep raining down and it ended up looking like a war zone. The teams went off. They came back and tried to restart but it was no good it just started again. Result - AC Milan through and I UEFA debating disciplinary action. I hope it is severe. It better be as they are always crucifying English fans. Time for UEFA and FIFA to open their eyes to the Italian fans. I just hope that tomorrows match with Juve goes well with no problems. Come on the REDS!!!!

Liverpool did it! Yay!

Yesterday was great. I hoped we would do it but I had my doubts. I did think to myself it we were going to win then we would have to score within the first 10 minutes or so. I do wish, though, that they hadn't played so defensive from then onwards. Not good for the health of the fans! :-) Liverpool look much better going forward with the ball and they really should have took the game to Chelsea more. Well I can't complain as they did it, they won!

Oh and according to a BBC article: "Liverpool are set to face disciplinary action from Uefa after pitch invasions during Tuesday's win over Chelsea." Now that is crazy. Ok fair enough two people got on the pitch and maybe a fine would be justified but it should be small. If it is anything approaching Inter Milan's after their crowd trouble then I hope the FA say something. It would be prove that UEFA just think English football crowds are worse than the rest of Europe - which they aren't. We don't need huge barriers and anyway it was two Spanish muppets who ran on to the pitch.

Another thing I noticed last night was that Mourinho went on the field after the game to shake the hands of all the Liverpool players. I don't like his normally but that was a very nice thing to do. Shows he knows when he has been humbled. Oh and here is the celebration:

Garcia Celebration

May 26, 2005

Liverpool did it!!

I can't quite believe what happened last night. At half time I was ready to walk home to do some revision (for today's laser exam!) but deep down I never give up hope. Liverpool in the first half played like the team I saw in January against Everton and on other various occasions of the season. They had no midfield, the defence was being overwhelmed. Then in the second half, everything changed. They got hold of the ball and put more than two passes together. I think the pivotal moment came when Xabi Alonso smacked one from about 30 yards that just went wide. This seemed to give them the confidence. The rest is history and I am sure you all know it. Two things that come to mind though. Was this the greatest final ever? Quite possibly one of the best. Was that Jerzy Dudek out there or Bruce Grobbelaar since Dudek took a few pages out of his book. Excellent. Liverpool champions of Europe!

If you haven't got a clue what I am going on about (have you been sat under a rock?) take a look at: [BBC Article] [BBC Article]
European Champions

Liverpool's triumphant return

I have been revising for most of the day, well apart from my Lasers and Quantum Optics exam this afternoon and watching the celebrations in Liverpool. It has been truly wonderful, shame I couldn't go. Even the Queen made a comment ""Congratulations on your remarkable win last night"! Excellent. Lots of people have been saying nice things and it will help to bolster the campaign to get Liverpool to be able to defend their title. There appears to be an ever increasing list of coincidences this year with previous times Liverpool have won the title. More here: [BBC Article]

Also was this the greatest Cup final? This [BBC Article] has lots of good points. I think it was an excellent final but I don't claim to have seen enough, or being biased enough, to claim it was the best ever. At the least it was one of the greatest ever.

Oh and talking about the BBC, they have an interesting feature on their site where you can download a mask. This occurred for the Euro Championships. It appears that the one they are promoting the most at the moment is one of Dudek. I think he has now become a legend (get it here: [BBC pdf]), oh and its not the best pic:

Owen for Liverpool?

I hope so!

Exclusive By Chris Bascombe, Liverpool Echo

MICHAEL OWEN is desperate to make a sensational return to Liverpool.

The former Reds striker wants to end his Real Madrid exile and Anfield officials have been alerted to Owen's fervent desire to rejoin the club he left last summer.

A dramatic swoop hasn't been ruled out.

However, Rafa Benitez has already made other arrangements in the transfer market and would need convincing to move for the 25-year-old striker.

The European Champions have not budgeted for a bid for Owen, who joined the club as a schoolboy but decided to leave for Spain in an £8m deal last year.

Although Benitez could be in the hunt for a proven goalscorer before the transfer window closes, that would depend on how much he could raise in player sales.

His first priority is a target man, with Southampton's Peter Crouch still top of his wish list.

Liverpool are interested in the possibility of arranging a year loan deal with Real Madrid for Owen, but that would require some skilful negotiation and appears to be an extremely optimistic option at this stage.

Owen left with the Real Madrid squad for a summer tour of America yesterday, but he's anxious to return to England before the start of the season - and Liverpool are currently the only club which interests him.

Model professional Owen has never publicly expressed any discontent about life in Madrid, but privately he's become increasingly disillusioned since leaving England.

On the pitch, Owen's goal record defies the accepted view he's failed to make an impact in Spain.

He scored 14 goals in 22 starts, but he's never completely settled and has found himself regularly on the bench, despite his impressive goal ratio.

Owen scored 158 goals in 298 appearances of an Anfield career which began in 1997 and is seventh on the list of the club's all time goalscorers.

Meanwhile, the Luis Figo saga should be resolved this weekend.

The only issue now is Figo's pay-off from Real Madrid.

The Spanish club are no longer demanding a fee for the Portuguese star.

The 32-year-old midfielder is in the United States but will leave the Madrid tour when he's decided between Liverpool and Inter Milan.

The Reds are now in Switzerland preparing for the clash with Bayer Leverkusen in Austria tomorrow night.

Surrey vs Warwickshire

Yesterday I traveled down to the Oval in London to watch the Twenty20 Cup quarter-final cricket match between Surrey and Warwickshire. Unfortunately the Bears (Warwickshire) lost in the end but only in dramatic circumstances - a bowl off. Twenty20 cricket is different to the normal game in that you only have 20overs to get as many runs as possible. Surrey managed a decent target for Warwick but it should have been possible for them to get. It, however, became very dark and even started to rain. This meant the Duckworth-Lewis method (see: [CricInfo] for more on this) had to be applied for the scoring and thus reducing the overall score needed by Warwickshire at the loss of 5 overs. Warwick then went on to get the exact score required for a draw (with the final two runs coming off the last ball), after losing the exact same number of wickets!
The interesting scenario of a bowl off now occurred, after the teams took about 20 minutes to agree this was the appropriate course of action. This is like penalties in football and is the first time it has occurred in the competition. Unfortunately Warwick lost, but it was a very interesting game - well worth going. I took some pictures of the wonderful Oval so expect these to be posted at some point soon.

Down Villa Park

Last Sat I went down to Villa Park, has been a while since I went there, actually it has been a while since I last went to a footy match! It was good. I really remembered how much I have missed actually watching the game. Villa played well and eventually won (was the best game but Villa deserved to win), which meant my mate was pleased (thanks for the ticket Jord, much appreciated). I took a few pics, since I do that everywhere I go (I must be turning into a professional tourist!). Oh and the best news came when I found out we beat Man City 1-0! :-)

Club World Championship

We were robbed, enough said. At the least the last disallowed goal was a goal. Oh and people call Chelsea boring at times (well for a team with such natural attacking presence) but it is nothing in comparison to the way Sao Paulo played. Its not the worst thing to do, they did win, and heck played well for it. Though they should have lost but the linesman made a couple of shocking decisions. Well that's football - with 17 corners we really should have scored. Oh and the most wonderful thing happened at the start, a minute silence for the father of Rafael Benitez - good on ya FIFA.

Legendary: Luton 3-5 Liverpool

What a game of football that was!! It is well what the FA cup is all about. Passion, pride and bloody good football. I'm a Liverpool fan and I am not one to criticise too much but at times our defense was bloomin' awful, but still, credit to Luton they played some wonderful football and after Cisse missed a penatly and they went 3- 1 up I didnt know what to expect. I though either this is gonna be a heavy, embarrasing loss, or we are gonna come back and its gonna be like Instanbul all over again. Yep it was the later. Liverpool woke up and with Sinama on the pitch played some wonderful football scoring some excellent goals. It had been 85 years since we beat them in the FA Cup, its not like we have met too often but its a stat that no one liked. If you wanna know more take a look at [BBC report]. I'm well pleased, good start to the weekend and almost meant I have forgotten that I'm feeling quite ill. As the game goes I have to say how impressed I was with Harry Kewell's performance, he is finally looking like a Liverpool player. He is even making some hard tackles, including a nice one of Gary Neville which I'm sure got on his nerves and helped Kewell later on in the game. Well done to the whole team, they showed yet again that they can step up to the plate and kick-ass.

No Wembley for the cup final

It appears that the FA will offically annouce that the FA Cup final and the end of the season playoffs will be moved from the new and improved Wembley and played in Cardiff, yet again. The last few seasons have been great at Cardiff but I was very much looking forward to seeing a cup final from the new Wembley but it recently emerged that there was on a 70% chance that it would be ready for the cup final. It now appears that the FA are playing for security and will play it at the Millennium stadium. Oh and the moral of the story, don't get [Aussie's to do the building] :-). If they can't get this on schedule then what does this mean for the development of the olympic village...

A new home for Liverpool FC

There is something about anfield that will be missed if Liverpool move and looks as if they will be, it is a shame. More [here]. I really think it is such a shame that so many football clubs are moving away from their historic homes to new grounds just so they can make more money. It will kill the spirit of the game.

England Squad, eh!??!!

Well the provisional England squad has been annouced..... bit of a shocker. Well I say that but 90% is as expected and there are a few odd balls in the mix, should prove to be interesting to say the least. More [BBC]

Liverpool win the FA Cup :-)

Yay, they did it... oh how they make you sweat! 3-3 and then on pens. It was a remarkable game and credit has to go to West Ham who played like champions as well, in the end it came down to Reina being an excellent penalty keeper. We won, but it was so tight. It was a bit of an odd game with two defensive nightmares letting West Ham take the lead, it was a couple of magical moments that kept us in it. The first, a wonderful volley from Cisse, the second an even better (quite possibly the best goal I have ever seen) volley from Gerrard - breath taking. Some static football occured in injury time but after 63 games this season I don't think the Liverpool players can be moaned at! Job done and done well!! For more take a look at: [BBC Site]

England sucked.

I was not impressed with England's display tonight. All I am going to say is sort out the defense and please give Crouch someone to play with up front!!!

Good on him. It was an absolutely wonderful Hungarian Grand Prix full of action and most importantly the first British win for too long, well done Jenson!

England win 4-0

I have to say it was worth me waiting up to watch the game (on ESPN) for kick-off at 12:30. This is another reason why I coudln't stay here (nevermind the fact that I am missing a certain special person, family and friends) for a long period. You just can't watch football at normal times! :-) It was a good game and Crouchy played rather well again. I have to say though that the second half wasn't as good as the first and I found myself drifting off - well it was 2am and I had a long day!

Fans show the world The Truth

Liverpool may have lost yesterday in the FA cup but there fans were able to send a message to the world about the Hillsborough disaster. Screw the Sun "newspaper".

Aston Villa Reserve Match

Yesterday I noticed that Villa reserves were playing at home. Villa normally play their reserve matches in Walsall which is awkward to get to. Since I like to actually watch live football, not just on the tv, and live a 10 minute bus ride away - I went (with my Dad)! It was quite nice to see some live football. I hate the prices of the games at the moment and can't justify spending all that cash. I'm a Liverpool fan and so would obviously rather see them, but I like to see the occasional match... and at £2 for an adult I couldn't moan! It was a good game with some incident. Villa won 3 - 1 against Charlton...

Now this is cool: Original Plans for the Kop

It looks like the original plans for the Kop end of Anfield have been uncovered biggrin.gif... a bunch of researchers for the book, Played in Liverpool, have come across the original plans from 1905... and a bunch of other interesting things. I'd hope that these plans would have a place on display at the new Liverpool ground, if it is ever built!
